The recipe is so easy, that you can make this delicious dessert every day. It doesn't really matter if you're a vegan or not, because everyone will appreciate this flavor!

Hey guys! How was your first weekend of September? Do you already feel the fall coming? I definitely do. The weather hasn't been especially good to us this season. I wonder, if you have a good recipe to boost the mood. What do you do to make yourself feel better? I have one thing that always puts a smile on my face. THE GREAT BALLS OF VEGAN. Yes, you heard me right, who doesn't like them? They are very fast and easy to make, plus they taste delicious! Recently, I have tried a vegan balls recipe, and the result was so fantastic that I need to share it with you! Are you ready to get your balls?


GREAT BALLS OF VEGAN RECIPE


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil

  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon of Mumno – sweet buns aroma extract

  • 3/4 cup of rolled oats

  • 1/3 cup of coconut flakes

  • 1/3 cup of dried fruit

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 3-4 tablespoons of non-dairy milk


Put peanut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup in a small bowl and stir them together. If they are very solid, use a microwave to melt them. Put all dry ingredients into a big bowl and mix them well. After that, combine the ingredients from both bowls and stir them together until you see, that the dough is starting to form. Add one tablespoon of non-dairy milk at a time. When your dough is ready, put it to the fridge for about 20min. Use a spoon to help yourself make the vegan balls. There should be, roughly, 20 portions from this dough.

In this recipe I used Mumno – sweet buns aroma extract, to get this taste of my childhood spent in the kitchen with my granny. Thanks to that, we can combine the present and the past together, take all the good things they have to offer and put them in one recipe. I bet these vegan balls will become a hit in your house!
