THE BEST BROWNIE COOKIES

The world does not look so bad when there is a plate full of goodies in front of you.

Hey everyone! How are you doing during the first week of autumn? I know that when it comes to the weather it's already been here for a while, but now officially, we have entered the new season. Do you have your jackets and boots waiting for you in the hall? Well, I do. It is always a little bit depressing, that you need to change your clothes to those heavier ones and the days become shorter, darker... But! There is always a 'but'. It doesn't have to be so bad this year. I have something really special to make the long evenings nicer – the best brownie cookies! I already see a smile on your face. They are so delicious that it's hard to believe they are very easy and fast to make. What else could be better than that? Let's get to cooking!


THE BEST BROWNIE COOKIES – HOW TO MAKE THEM?


Ingredients:

  • 60g butter
  • 170g finest dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1,5dl sugar
  • 0,5dl flour
  • 2 ½ tablespoon cocoa
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 0,5dl dark chocolate
  • 5ml Mölösuglaa


Put the butter into a small saucepan and heat it up. Wait until almost all of it melt and then add the finest dark chocolate and Mölösuglaa. Stir until the mixture melts and put it away from the stove.

Put eggs and sugar into a bowl and, using a food mixer, beat them for about 5 min, until the sugar melts completely. It will be easier to achieve if you store the eggs in a room temperature for some time beforehand. When the eggs and sugar are ready, add the chocolate mixture and stir until the ingredients blend together. Add cocoa, flour and baking powder. Mix everything well.

Add chopped into small pieces dark chocolate, mix the dough and put it into the freezer for 10min.

Heat up the oven until it reaches 175degrees Celsius and put a baking paper on a baking form. Take out the dough for the best brownie cookies from the freezer and, using a tablespoon, make small round cookies on the baking paper. Remember to keep some distance between them.

Put them int the oven for 10min. They can be still a little bit soft when you take them out, so don't worry. They will get harder when they cool down a bit.
